Executive Board

The Executive Board consists of the Chairman, President, Executive Liaison, Treasurer, Secretary, Legal Council, and Chairlady of the Privy Advisory Committee. The Executive Board is to set and ensure the completion of the goals of the organization and oversees the administrative cohesiveness of the leadership. The Executive Board has overall powers and authority over all other committees, councils, and board, of this organization and any and all subsidiaries and auxiliaries under this jurisdiction and the umbrella of The Stagville Society.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee consists of the President, Legal Counsel, and Executive Liaison. The executive Committee is to maintain a over watch of all legal issues, appeals or grievances filed by employees, volunteers, vendors, government or any outside entity, that is brought against this organization or its subsidiaries or auxiliaries.

Executive Council

The Executive Council consists of the President, Executive Liaison, Treasurer, Legal Counsel, Chairman of the Privy Advisory Committee, and the leadership of all subsidiaries or auxiliaries of this organization. The Executive Council is to work towards a cohesive organizational plan for all Stagville Society entities involved. They are to also review any legal, financial or employee, volunteer related issues if any pertaining to the whole organization and report there recommendations to the Executive Board. The Executive Council is tasked with the oversight of the Special Funding Accounts.
